What we collect

If you buy something: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payment is handled by our payment processor. Your full card number never reaches us.
If you join the mailing list: your email address, and nothing else.
If you email us: whatever is in the email.

What we don't do

This site runs no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers and no analytics cookies. Your bag is saved only in your own browser. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone, for any amount of money.

Who else touches it

Stripe (payments): takes your payment and helps prevent fraud.
Printful (printing and shipping): gets your name, email and shipping address so your shirt can reach you.
The Lilypad Letter (our mailing list, shared with frogsubmissions.com): stores your email if you join.
Vercel (hosting): serves this site and keeps standard server logs. Fonts load from Google Fonts.

Where it lives

@frog is responsible for your data. It's processed in Canada, the US, and the country where your shirt is printed.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Mailing-list addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email froginstacontact@gmail.com and we'll action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act or the CCPA.

Children

This shop isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top.
