Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order: a pricing error, a size we can't source, a place we can't ship to, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout. One price applies across every size.
Colours vary between screens, and each garment is printed individually, so small differences in placement and tone between your shirt and the photographs are normal.
We deliver only to the countries offered at checkout, to the address you give us.

The @frog name, the artwork on this site and the site itself belong to us or are used with permission. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt, not the right to reproduce the design.
If you tag us in a photo of you wearing the shirt, you're giving us permission to reshare it on our social channels with credit. That permission is limited to social reposting: if we ever want to use your image on a product or in advertising, we'll ask separately.
We don't exclude anything that can't lawfully be excluded, including your rights under applicable consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Nothing here takes away consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
